About the role

We are looking for a Clinic Administration Coordinator to join our Sadadeen Clinic Clinical Team. The Clinic Administration Coordinator is an integral part of the clinic team, working closely and collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and senior clinic team. The overall purpose of the role is to provide efficient, effective and responsive administration services, ensuring delivery of exceptional services to our clients and the clinic team. 

To be considered for this position, you will require:

• Diploma in either Business, Education or Health Services or relevant experience
• Experience in leading a team, preferably in a Clinic setting
• Previous experience of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients;
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes
• Ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork
• Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes
• Effective, high level communication skills
• Current unrestricted NT Drivers License or the ability to obtain
