About the role The Team Leader – Dental Assistance provides mentorship and supervision to the dental assistant team and takes a leadership role in working to develop and promote Congress’ dental services. The Team Leader - Dental Assistance is responsible for creating a culture of culturally-responsive, safe and high-quality dental service provision for clients across all Congress clinics. Occasional remote travel for up to a week at a time is an inherent requirement of this position. The Team Leader – Dental Assistance will work with the Senior Dentist and the Senior Manager –Allied Health to partner effectively with clients and stakeholders in the development, promotion and planning of dental service delivery. As a part of the Allied Health Department in the Health Programs Division, the Team Leader – Dental Assistance collaborates closely with the broader primary health care multidisciplinary team.
