Full-time Contract 37.5 hours per week $88,861 - $103,623 per annum Total Effective Package* $110,597 - $127,354 About the role The Work and Study Specialist (WSS) will support with the implementation of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program by providing vocational assistance to young people with mental illness ages 12 to 25 years within an integrated team. To be considered for this position, you will require: - Diploma level qualification or equivalent experience in community services, mental health or related field.
- High level engagement and communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the employment services sector, including initiatives that impact young people.
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet organisational outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-developed computer literacy and administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be proactive and flexible to meet the programs goals.
- Current NT Drivers License.
