Full-time Contract 37.5 hours per week Aboriginal identified role $138,391 - $145,041 per annum Total Effective Package* $169,205 - $176,787 About the role The Clinical Services and Education Administration Coordinator (CSEAC) is the leader of the Clinical Services Administration team and responsible for the administration of the clinical education programs and initiatives at Congress, both in town and remote. As well as ensuring the team is supporting the high-level administrative requirements to manage clinical services, the CSEAC is responsible for managing the relationship with Universities, Training Colleges and other education stakeholders. This role will coordinate medical students, nursing students, graduates, junior doctors and registrar placements in conjunction with their clinical placement. Travel to remote communities is an inherent requirement of the role. To be considered for this position, you will require: - Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal community.
- Diploma of Management (or similar) and/or extensive demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support to an Executive team including the ability to provide timely coordination of key activities in a proactive and helpful manner.
- High-level organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team to achieve results and meet deadlines within tight time constraints whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in managing business processes, including a working knowledge of secretariat, human resources management and financial management processes with well-developed written communication including the ability to prepare and edit a range of documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including managing staff supervision and performance.
- Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
- NT Drivers License or the ability to obtain.
