Base Salary: $88,861 - $103,623 (p.a.) 

Total Effective Package: $94,403 - $127,038 (p.a.)

About the role

Congress is looking for a graphic designer to join the communications team and assist with the creation of print and digital assets to support the work of our programs and services!

We’re seeking an efficient and motivated worker with strong attention to detail and experience in implementing existing style decisions, designing and using templates and creating engaging promotional and corporate communications. 

The perfect candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Indesign and Illustrator) competent with the Office 365 suite, have experience with online applications like Canva and WordPress and maybe even a couple of superpowers up their sleeve, like photography and illustration!

This position is full time and  temporary until 30 November 2026 and would suit an early or mid-career designer, or someone returning to the workforce who is looking for meaningful purpose-led work.
