Total Effective Package: $139,620 - $150,891 (p.a.)*

About the role

 

The Australian Family Partnership Program (FPP) is a voluntary, evidence-based, home visitation program that aims to improve maternal and child health and to improve parents’ life course.  Registered Nurses/ Midwives and Aboriginal Family Partnership Workers work with eligible women from early in the woman’s pregnancy until her child turns two.

 

The Congress Nurse Home Visitor and Family Partnership Worker develop long-term relationships with clients that support them to recognise their strengths, build skills and confidence, to access services and to improve their life course  The position offers a high level of autonomy, flexibility and personal satisfaction.
