About the role

 

We are looking for Aboriginal Community Wellbeing Worker to join our SEWB team.

 

The role provides a range of services, including outreach to clients, planned transports, service brokerage, cultural input to service delivery, client support for healthcare follow-ups, healthcare advocacy, client follow ups for missed appointments, and short-term case management.  The role is critical for the promotion of initial and continued access to holistic primary healthcare.

 

As part of this role, you will be supported to attain qualifications in an area such as alcohol and other drugs, community services, or mental health.
