Full-time Contract

37.5 hours per week

 

$88,861 - $103,623 per annum

Total Effective Package*

$110,597 - $127,354

 

About the role

The headspace Centre Coordinator leads and oversees the administrative functions of the headspace Alice Springs services and provides day-to-day operational support to the leadership team. As a key position within headspace, the role will focus on improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environments for clients, visitors and staff. 

 

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal community
  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead administrative processes, preferably in a healthcare or community services environment, including managing daily operations, appointments, data entry, Medicare claims, billing and compliance with financial policies.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records systems (e.g. Communicare or similar) and Microsoft Office software.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to improving administrative and operational efficiency. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, friendly manner and strong verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Commitment to creating and maintaining a welcoming, organised and inclusive environment for staff, clients and visitors.
  • Current NT Driver's License.
