About the role

Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager this role partners with our managers to provide the end-to-end Congress talent management process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, contract preparation and on-boarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business. 

To be considered for this position, you will require:

• Diploma in Human Resources or similar or relevant experience
• Ability to maintain excellent attention to detail and high level administration skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and operate professionally at all levels of the business
• Demonstrated ability to deal with change and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing working environment 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team
