About the role An exciting new role playing a crucial role in an important new program. The Manager Head To Health Kids (H2HK) supports the Senior Manager in leading the operations of H2HK. This includes ensuring efficient and effective services are delivered to children under 12 with suspected or emerging mental illness or behavioural disorders including early assessment, therapy, management, and family support to limit the severity and progression of mental health challenges The role will build both town and remote capacity, coordinating the team and effectively collaborating across Congress and externally to ensure successful implementation of the program. This program will ensure all Aboriginal children aged 0 - 12 and their families in Central Australia have access to evidence informed assessment and therapeutic services within a continuous quality systems enhancement framework.
