Full-time Permanent Contract Join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service. $154,713 to $162,669 per annum, pro-rata Total Effective Package* $187,185 to $196,886 pro-rata About the role The Senior Manager Data Strategy sits within the Information Strategy & Risk Division. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and unify data systems across Congress, enabling integrated, strategic use of data to improve decision-making, service delivery, and organisational learning. It plays a key convening role across Congress by facilitating shared data access and creating consolidated dashboards and analytical tools that inform operational and strategic planning. Team Description The Information Strategy and Risk Division ensures the integration of data, planning, governance, and risk functions that support responsive, informed and accountable service delivery across the organisation. The division includes Communications, IT, Risk & Compliance and Business Analyst’s. What are we looking for? The person to fit this role will have: - A relevant Degree and/or significant experience leading in data science, public health, business analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data strategy, analytics, or business intelligence in a complex, multi-system organisation.
- An understanding of Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) environments or similar community-based health service models.
- A strong ability to engage stakeholders across clinical, corporate, and executive teams.
- Proven experience in data governance, dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and integrated reporting
- Excellent project management skills and demonstrated organisational leadership skills with ability to communicate at a high level, form positive working relationships, and drive organisational capacity, problem solve and develop strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on capability building and collaborative problem solving.
