The position acts as the face of the clinic, greeting and triaging all clients and visitors and working closely with the clinic team to meet the needs of clients. Who are we looking for? Someone to complement our dynamic team with the following essential requirements - Previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Ability to maintain high level of privacy and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work while under pressure.
- Computer and word processing skills and experience using MS Office.
