About the Roles

We are seeking Client Service Officers both Male and Female, to assist our Clinical teams with the day-to-day administration duties.

Current vacancies include the Client Service Officer position at our men only clinic - Ingkintja.

The Client Service Officers (CSOs) are the first point of contact at our clinic receptions. CSOs provide a high standard of client service and general administrative support to the Clinic Team.

The CSO is a varied role greeting anyone who enters the clinic.  They answer phones, transfer calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, give directions and manage the flow of traffic in the clinic.

*Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
