About the role Congress is expanding and are looking for a skilled Workforce Partner (HR Advisor) to join our Human Resources team in Alice Springs. Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager the Workforce Partner (HR Advisor) is responsible for working collaboratively with a specified customer group to deliver guidance and support across a wide range of human resources matters, coaching, mentoring and supporting managers with contemporary people management practices. This is a great opportunity to join Congress Human Resources, gain Employee Relations experience and work in a supportive team towards building our workforce.
