About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organised Support Services Coordinator to join our Town Services Team. 

The support services coordinator works collaboratively with the senior clinic teams across all Congress clinics to ensure that frontline support services staff (Client services Officers, Aboriginal Liaison Officers and Transport Officers) are well equipped to provide excellent, safe and culturally appropriate client services. The role provides leadership for the training, orientation, professional development and mentoring of support services staff, including the development and provision of a comprehensive induction and ongoing mentoring and professional development in a timely manner.
