About the role

We are looking for a Chronic Disease Nurse with a focus on Men's Health to join our team in Ntaria (Hermannsburg).

Remote Area Nurse / Aboriginal Health Practitioner Men's Health provides culturally safe comprehensive primary health care to Aboriginal men in the Ntaria Health Service area including men’s health checks and facilitates care in the early detection of chronic disease. You will operate as a Remote Area Nurse with an incorporated responsibility of case managing men.
