About the role We are looking for an Aboriginal Community Connectorr to join our NDIS team. The NDIS Remote Community Connector will work within a culturally secure framework and focus on facilitating client eligibility to help improve people’s access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The position works with limited supervision to ensure Access Request Forms (ARFs) are strengthened by relevant, accurate and meaningful information. The Aboriginal Community Connector also contributes to the planning and service coordination internally. The NDIS program builds the capacity of NDIS clients to achieve greater independence to self-direct their required services and their own supports as a long-term goal.
