- Base Salary: $129,733 - $135,993 (p.a.)
- Total Effective Package: $157,363 - $164,407 (p.a.)*

About the role The Youth and Families Manager is a Senior Section Manager providing operational management and leadership to the Youth and Families Section of the Child Youth and Family Services Division. The Section Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Divisional Manager and works collaboratively with a Senior Management Team and other Congress services and programs in providing operational management and leadership that contributes to Congress’ strategic plan and directions in Youth and Families. To be considered for this position, you will require: - Tertiary qualification in leadership, management or a relevant field
- Demonstrated Five years or more in a senior position with strategic leadership, expertise and management experience, or a degree in business management, or executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to implement operational plans, undertake financial management, analyse and address complex issues, and prepare correspondence.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Aboriginal health, Aboriginal culture, and the philosophy and practice of Aboriginal Community Control.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of youth and family support programs within a primary health care service delivery model and how they relate to health development.
- Holds a Current Drivers Licence.
