Base Salary: $62,946 - $70,356 (p.a.)

Total Effective Package: $80,533 - $88,870(p.a.)*

                                                   About the Role 

The Early Childhood Educator (Team Leader) delivers education, care and leadership to a team of Educators in the provision of high-quality education, and to children attending the Ampe Kenhe Apmere Congress Childcare using a bi-cultural adaptation of the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a).

To be considered for this position, you will require:

• Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA or working toward.
  
• Experience in mentoring and supervising educators.
  
• Proven ability to interpret and apply information about how children learn and develop in practical ways.
  
• Ability to interpret and apply information provided about a diverse range of positive teaching strategies that meet the individual learning styles of the different children.
