  • Total Effective Package: $106,413 - $122,484 (p.a.)*

About the role

The Work and Study Specialist (WSS) will support with the implementation of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program by providing vocational assistance to young people with mental illness aged 12 to 25 years within an integrated team.

 

The aim of the IPS program is to improve educational and employment outcomes for young people with mental illness by helping to address the additional barriers to employment faced by this cohort. As such the headspace Work and Study Specialist will need to have advanced assessment and planning skills as well as draw on a range of interventions which will enhance the likelihood of vocational engagement for participants.
