Base rate: $250 to $260K Potential earnings to $470K per annum* Lead the way in Urgent Care The Mparntwe Urgent Care Clinic (Mparntwe UCC) is a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic providing a valuable service in the Central Australian health landscape, ensuring bulk-billed, walk in access to GP services for any person in Mparntwe (Alice Springs) experiencing an urgent medical need that can't wait for an appointment with their regular GP, but doesn't require a visit to the emergency department. As Lead GP Mparntwe UCC, you will work collaboratively with the clinic manager to oversee clinic operations, ensuring an environment that provides clinically safe and culturally responsive, high quality urgent care for all clients. What we’re looking for: - Current AHPRA registration.
- RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship.
- Recent emergency training certification.
- Commitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practice.
The Mparntwe Urgent Care Clinic is delivered by Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress) on behalf of the Australian Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. For over 50 years Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress) has provided support and advocacy for Aboriginal people in the struggle for justice and equity. Since that time, Congress has expanded to become the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health service in the Northern Territory, providing a comprehensive, holistic and culturally responsive primary health care service to Aboriginal people living in Alice Springs and nearby remote communities.
