About the role Lead a multidisciplinary team including General Practitioners, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Aboriginal Liaison Officers, Transport Officers and Medical Receptionists. Medicare Urgent Care Clinics are staffed by highly trained medical professionals and provide free (bulk billed) urgent health care. Within the service, culturally safe, equitable and accessible care is provided to all people, including vulnerable and young people within the community of Alice Springs and surrounding areas. Established within the Northside Congress Clinic this purpose outfitted clinic is designed to reduce pressure on the hospital and emergency department and integrate local health services to meet the needs of the local community. What we’re looking for: - A Clinic Manager registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in Clinical leadership.
