ABORIGINAL IDENTIFIED POSITION FULL TIME PERMANENT CONTRACT Join a progressive organization delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service. $65,149 to $67,996 per annum Total Effective Package* $84,012 - $87,258 About the Role The Grounds Officer will be responsible for ensuring general maintenance and improvement of all Congress grounds and facilities to ensure they are maintained in optimal condition. What are we looking for? Someone to fit our team with the following requirements: - Identifies as an Aboriginal person; recognized and accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Central Australian Aboriginal Community.
- Current NT Drivers Licence (C Class).
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a challenging environment.
- Good time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and follow through on tasks.
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply, workplace health and safety principles, including the care and safety issues related to tools, equipment and chemicals.
