Full-time Contract 37.5 hours per week $88,861 - $103,623 per annum Total Effective Package* $110,597 - $127,354 About the role Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager this role partners with our managers to provide the end-to-end Congress talent management process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, contract preparation and on-boarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business. To be considered for this position, you will require: - Diploma in Human Resources or similar or relevant experience
- Ability to maintain excellent attention to detail and high level administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and operate professionally at all levels of the business
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing working environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team
