Join Our Team as an Allied Health Services Administration Coordinator! $88,861 to $103,623 pa Full time - Continuous Contract About the role The Allied Health Services Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative, intake, and secretarial support to the Allied Health team, to support the provision of high quality and efficient Allied Health services across Congress’ network. The position provides clinical administrative oversight and logistical support to ensure Allied Health services are delivered efficiently and effectively. What are we looking for? Someone to fit our team with the following requirements: - Diploma of Business Management or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.
- High-level organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team to achieve results and meet deadlines within tight time constraints, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in managing business processes, including a working knowledge of secretariat and financial management processes.
- Well-developed written communication including the ability to prepare and edit a range of documentation.
- Strong commitment to upholding confidentiality for all client information
- (Desirable) Is of Aboriginal descent; self identifies as such and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the local community.
- (Desirable) Ability to speak one or more central Aboriginal languages.
- (Desirable) Current Driver's licence or the ability to obtain.
