About the role


We are looking for a Continuous Quality Facilitator to join our team.


The project aims to facilitate delivery of evidence-based interventions to reduce morbidity and mortality related to Hepatitis B in those individuals living with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in Central Australia. 


A multi-pronged approach utilising CQI principles to identify and follow up those that remain vulnerable to Hepatitis B infection and to increase engagement the in care of those living with CHB.


The project has a 12 month timeframe and will employ 2 positions which will work closely with the CQI team, the Medical Director, senior clinical service managers and external project partners.
