  • Base Salary: $129,441 – $132,756 (p.a.) plus Remote Workers Allowance
  • Total Effective Package: $165,235 - $168,965 (p.a.)*

About the role

 

The Ntaria Health Service Manager (NHSM) provides management and coordination of the Ntaria (Hermannsburg) Health Service in the delivery of culturally appropriate comprehensive primary health care and clinical leadership in cooperation with the Ntaria-based Congress general practitioners.

 

The NHSM provides operational leadership and coordination of all services provided by Congress staff to the Ntaria community and outreach services to Utju and Wallace Rockhole Communities.

 

The position leads a multidisciplinary team and is integral to ensuring cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and client flow. The NHSM will manage the team within a dual service model and in cooperation with the NT Government service based at the Hermannsburg Community Health Centre. These two services jointly provide comprehensive primary health care to the community under a Memorandum of Understanding.
