We are looking for a tertiary qualified Remote SEWB Caseworker to join our team.
The position is based in Santa Teresa, working together with individuals, families and community to deliver appropriate alcohol and other drugs interventions and social supports in a multi-disciplinary context of primary healthy care.
Applicants should have relevant qualifications for this role.
