About the role The Link Up Activities Facilitator is responsible for consultation, planning, and organising all events and healing activities for clients and local members of the Stolen Generations and their families. The position is an integral part to the Link Up Team and is located within the Congress’ Youth and Family Services Section. The Link Up Team provides support with research, family tracing, and reunions for those who have been impacted by past removal policies. To be considered for this position, you will require: - Understanding of the Stolen Generations and the trauma associated with removal practices.
- Competency in delivering/facilitating activities and organising events.
- Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills and problem solving.
