About the role

Congress Child Health Engagement team ensures all Aboriginal children aged 0-5 years of age within Congress’ service area undergo multi-disciplinary health and developmental assessments, and that children are able to access early year’s programs and preschool. The team operates within the Child, Youth & Family Services Division, and consists of a Child Health Engagement Manager, Child Health Nurses, PRP Community Engagement Officers and Transport & Engagement (T&E) Officers. The team work closely with a Connected Beginnings Family Engagement Officer, employed by Tangentyere Council.
