Experienced receptionist with fantastic customer services skills required for busy Urgent Care Clinic. - Base Salary: $66,963 - $72,559 (p.a.)

About the Role The Medical Receptionist provides a high standard of confidential client-focused service and supports our UCC healthcare team. The position is the face of the clinic, greeting and triaging all clients and visitors as well as working closely with the clinic team to meet the needs of clients. Duties include - Provide a professional, positive and friendly first-point of contact for clients and visitors (meeting and greeting)
- Answer incoming phone calls, including triaging and actioning client requests
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team as required
- Billing and processing payments and Medicare rebates
- General administration duties, ensuring practice cleanliness and restocking as needed
- Triage all clients and visitors to the clinic including prioritising and monitoring clients
