Part-time Contract 37.5 hours per week $88,861 - $103,623 per annum Total Effective Package* $110,597 - $127,354 About the role The purpose of this position is to assist the Chief Risk and Compliance & Safety Officer to ensure the Congress Governance process is supported by regular review and monitoring of its Policy Framework. This includes assisting key managers with the development and review of governance documents within their areas of expertise. The Legal and Governance team provides governance and legal support services to the organisation including the Board and executive management team. This is a small team that reports to the Congress Chief Executive Officer. To be considered for this position, you will require: - Diploma in relevant field or demonstrated policy development skills, knowledge and experience including the ability to facilitate meetings, consult with subject matter experts, draft corporate documents (including policies and procedures) and ensure the Congress approval process is adhered to.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write and speak appropriately for the audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to interact professionally and confidently with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders (from all levels of staff and management).
- Demonstrated high level administration, organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
